What are the system requirements for using ReelTime.com?
Network Requirements
A broadband (high-speed) internet connection is required to watch media on ReelTime.com.
Minimum recommended connection speed: 1200kbps
Optimal connection speed: > 2500kbps
Software Requirements
Windows XP / Windows XP Media Center / Windows 2000 SP4 or greater required.
Windows Media Player 9 (or higher) and Directx 9c required.
Installation of all Microsoft Service Packs strongly recommended.
Browser Requirements / Settings
Supported browsers:
Internet Explorer 6 or higher
Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or higher
Java scripting and Active X must be enabled.
Note: Restart your browser after installing the grid player.
I am having trouble with the grid player installation.
If you try to connect to or download the grid player and problems occur, try working through the tasks in this section:
1. Set Internet Explorer security options to the default level.
If you use Internet Explorer 6.0 or later, make sure that the security options in the Internet Properties utility are set to the default level for your zone. High security can prevent you from downloading files.
- Go to Security settings under the Tools menu >Internet Options>Security tab.
- Click Default Level
- Click OK
2. Check anti-virus prompts to approve access to your system or disable download, firewall, or proxy software.
Some anti-virus programs (Norton anti-virus, McAfee anti-virus, or AOL anti-virus) or toolbars like Google toolbar may require that you approve any updates to your system. Watch for pop-ups and messages asking you to allow a particular action. If you installed Internet download software, or if you run firewall or proxy software, disable the software, remove it, or contact its manufacturer to ensure that it works as expected and isn't damaged or misconfigured. Contact your network administrator for assistance.
3. Make sure that your Internet connection is stable.
Try to download a file from another popular web site, such as Microsoft or Apple. If you can't download from other known, good websites, your Internet connection may be unstable, and you should contact your network administrator, helpdesk resource, or Internet service provider (ISP) to resolve the problem. After you establish a stable Internet connection, try to download the file again.

If you have completed steps 1-7 and receive the same message, please contact ReelTime Support.
I go to a content page and click 'Watch Now' but nothing happens.
1) You may not have Java Scripting enabled, so you are not getting prompted to install. How do I enable Java scripting?
